Nurse: " Youuur Pregnant, stop smoking and drinking soda" Me: " OOOh s***, ( looong Pause.) I'm only drinking ginger ale because my stomach has been so upset." " OH s***!", Nurse: (in a very sarcastic voice) "Get use to it, you have a lot more to deal with than an upset stomach..." Me: (completely in shock, shock! and really Ticked off!) " Excuse me! Did I ask for your opinion!!? No, NO I didn't. :)..... Oh s***! "But then as the nurse left to get my best friend. I heard a voice, " BUT I knew you before YOU were in YOUR mother's womb." and as my best friend hugged me crying, I was calm (kinda) but was at peace. Knowing that Jesus wasn't gonna leave me hanging and there was some hope.. some where. The second was, okay excepting that I had something inside of me growing... the second was finishing my first year in culinary school. More like military school. Having a class of meat fabrication and morning sickness, dealing with commuting over 80 miles a day, having instructors break you down and push you to your "limit" and third of all... Oh yeah I'm Pregnant! : )
The adventure is here and coming to an end of being so uncomfortable, mood swings, cravings and I know that it's only going to be more, more of an adventure. So what better way to jump into this adventure then a .... pedicure. hahaah thats for tomorrow.
I'll try my best to update and keep you posted but I'm not gonna lie, I'm not good with these kinda things.....

I love blogging. I'll be following you now. :) It's such a nice way to get your thoughts organized and to reflect on your day/week. I started my over a year ago, but didn't start committing until the last few months. You can do it!
I'll tell you one thing about blogging when it comes to a little one: You're not going to have much time for it! :)
Alex, I'm so glad to see that you're writing all this down. It's the only way to really hold onto this time in your life and one day that little bundle wrapped safely away in your tummy will certainly appreciate this story of the beginning of his or her life. Keep going. I'm following...
